We don’t apply any additional charges to your order, however, import duty, customs charges and delivery surcharges may apply if you’re ordering from outside of the EU. When you order online we’ll send you two emails

  • The first confirms that we’ve received your order – we’ll send this shortly after you’ve placed it.
  • The second confirms your order has been accepted and is on its way – we usually send this on the next working day.

If you haven’t got these emails

Accepting your order

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We always do our best to accept an order, but sometimes we might have to reject it for reasons outside our control. If this is the case, we’ll email you as soon as possible to say why.

Easy, log onto your account and click return item button for your order. Alternatively or if you were a guest visitor, find the return an item link in our main menu or visit the returns page i.e. https://www.idoforever.boutique/a/returns. Enter your order number and email address you used to make the purchase to request a return and follow instructions. You will find the order number it in the subject and body of your order confirmation email or log onto your account, it is in the format #IDOxxxxFOREVER with xxxx replaced with some number specific to your order. We will receive and review the return then send you a pre-paid return label by email, print and attach it to the package and post it back. Package the shoes carefully in their original box and secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Our Customer Experience Team will contact you once your return has been processed.

As soon as your order is despatched we’ll send you an email with a link to the courier’s website and tracking number to allow you to view up-to-date tracking on your order. If you haven’t received the email, check your ‘Junk’ folder, in case it’s hiding away there. If you’ve not received the email within a few hours, please contact us.

We stock LOTS of different brands and – just like clothing – they sometimes vary in their sizing. If you receive your shoes and they’re not an ideal fit, you can return the item, in an unused condition, to receive an exchange or refund. Check out our returns page for more info and what you need to return them.
If you’ve returned your item by post, we will contact you via email within 3 days of receiving it. If you haven’t heard from us, contact the courier you used to check they’ve delivered the item. If this is the case, please contact us.
Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
1) Find the product you’ve purchased and wish to rate, then scroll down the page to the ‘Review this product’ link.
2) If you’re not already logged in there’s a link to do this here.
3) Leave a review and give the product a star rating.
4) Click submit

Normally we don’t provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Yes, our delivery options will allow you to have your order delivered to work or home or any other address you wish.
If you return them by post, we will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, click on the ‘notify me’ button which will show on the product page if we are expecting more in, and we’ll send you an email when the product becomes available.

To apply a coupon code/discount to your order, the code must be entered into the coupon code field located underneath your order. This is a box on the final order review page before clicking the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button and will require the ‘Apply’ button to be clicked once entered.

For a full refund you will need to return both items. If you are only returning one item, please see the terms & conditions for that offer for full refund information.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. To do so please contact us by sending an email to sales@idoforever.boutique including the order number, your name, email address and telephone number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
